Meal prep can be 3, 5, or 7 days a week and can include breakfast, lunch and dinner. Space is limited.

Now, I also have you complete a nutritional assessment to determine food preferences and learn about your food habits.

 

And then I take all of this into consideration when making your meal plans or cooking up your meals.

 

With the meal plan option, you’ll receive:

 

● Done-for-you recipes and grocery lists.

● Recipes that include a variety of foods and flavors.

● A customized bi-weekly blood type diet.

● Recipes that contain proven macronutrients that focus on protein to fuel your body.

 

With the meal prep option, you’ll receive:

 

● Already prepared meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All you must do is heat and eat.

● Meal delivery every 2-3 days, so you know the food you’re getting is fresh.

● Meals that include a variety of foods and flavors. I won’t give you the same meal repeatedly.

● Meals that contain proven macronutrients that focus on protein to fuel your body.

● Access to a meal plan for any days not covered in your meal prep plan, so you can maintain the macros needed.
